Returns Policy

Unwanted Products

Unwanted products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery providing that the product is unopened in its original packaging. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to products bought online, in-store, or over the phone.

Separate to the above policy, you have the right to return opened goods within 14 days of delivery for inspection. To be entitled to a full refund, goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in ‘as new condition’.

In the case of a machine purchase where the buyer has already undergone our training programme, the machine will not be eligible for a refund.

A proof of purchase must be provided to allow us to process returns.

Faulty Products

Our faulty products policy exists in addition to any manufactures warranty that may be included with your purchase.

If a fault occurs within the 14-day period subsequent to the arrival of your product, we will happily offer you a free repair, exchange, or refund.  In the case of a machine purchase where the buyer has already undergone our training programme, the machine will only be eligible for repair or exchange.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged Products

We highly recommend that you inspect your purchase as soon it arrives. If the product appears to be damaged, please call us immediately and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
