Do I need to go into quarantine when arriving to Portugal?
There is no requirement to quarantine when arriving to mainland Portugal.
Anyone arriving to the Madeira will be required to present a negative health test from the 72 hours prior to arrival, or take a test on arrival and await the results within 12 hours at the accommodation
Anyone arriving to Azores Archipelago be required to present a negative health test from the 72 hours prior to arrival, take a test on arrival and await the results within 48 hours in voluntary quarantine
Are COVID-19 tests required to travel to Portugal?
Anyone arriving to mainland Portugal will undergo a health screening
Arrivals from the United States and CPLP countries will be required to present a negative health test from the 72 hours prior to arrival, or take a test on arrival and await the results in their accommodation
