1. About Us and How We Operate

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply and use of prescription-only weight-loss treatments by HAUS OF SKN LTD (Company No. 15307427, CQC Registered No. 1-19177321994), trading as VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk.

1.2 We provide online access to prescription weight-management treatments and related services following assessment by registered healthcare professionals.

1.3 All clinical prescribing is performed solely by HAUS OF SKN LTD, trading as VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk

1.4 Prescriptions are sent to and fulfilled by UK-registered pharmacies regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

2. Eligibility, Accuracy & User Obligations

2.1 By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

2.2 You reside within the UK, EU, or EEA and will provide full, accurate, and truthful personal and medical information.

2.3 You will not seek duplicate or overlapping prescriptions from other providers during any treatment course.

2.4 Withholding or providing false information may result in refusal of treatment or cancellation of your prescription without refund.

3. Medical Consultations, Prescriptions & Clinical Care

3.1 Consultations are conducted online via secure questionnaires, with follow-up messaging or calls where necessary.

3.2 Treatment will be prescribed only when deemed clinically appropriate by qualified medical professionals of VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk.

3.3 Prescriptions are fulfilled by regulated UK pharmacies; pharmacists may contact you to clarify clinical details where appropriate.

3.4 Ongoing clinical support and aftercare are available throughout your treatment period.

4. Suitability & Contraindications

4.1 These medicines, including tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) and semaglutide (Wegovy®), may not be suitable for all individuals. Contraindications include, but are not limited to: personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC); history of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2); severe gastrointestinal disease such as gastroparesis; or known hypersensitivity to active substances or excipients.

4.2 Suitability is determined by the prescriber following review of your disclosed medical history and any additional clinical information reasonably required.

5. Medical Necessity & Prescribing Conditions

5.1 Under no circumstances will VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk prescribe medication for weight loss if you do not qualify and are not deemed medically in need of the treatment.

5.2 A qualified doctor will always assess whether there is a legitimate medical need before any prescription is issued.

5.3 If you do not meet the required criteria, no medication will be prescribed; any fees paid will be handled according to the refund policy in these Terms.

6. Payments & Pricing

6.1 All prices for prescription-only medicines are displayed on our website and are zero-rated for VAT under UK law.

6.2 Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order; orders are not processed until cleared funds are received.

6.3 We may amend prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns (Medicines Safety)

7.1 Once a prescription has been issued and a pharmacy has dispensed medication, it cannot be returned or resold for patient-safety reasons; returned medicines must be destroyed and cannot be re-used in the UK (GPhC standards, Medicines Act 1968).

7.2 Your statutory right to cancel distance contracts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) may not apply once sealed medicinal products are dispensed or, where applicable, once hygiene seals are broken; this is to protect health and safety.

7.3 If the prescriber determines treatment is not clinically appropriate before dispensing, a refund will be considered. Errors in supply by the partner pharmacy will be rectified or refunded in line with UK pharmacy law.

8. Liability

8.1 The contract for the prescribing of weight-loss medication and any related prescriptions is made solely with HAUS OF SKN LTD.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk is not liable for: (a) losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide; (b) indirect, special or consequential losses; or (c) results not being as expected, given individual variability in response.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence (Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation (Misrepresentation Act 1967), or your statutory consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

8.4 These Terms do not limit or exclude any criminal liability imposed by law.

9. Data Protection & Confidentiality

9.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Health information is special category data and is handled with heightened safeguards.

9.2 Medical information is accessible only to healthcare professionals involved in your care, and to the partner pharmacy for dispensing purposes.

9.3 We may use anonymised or aggregated data for audit, regulatory or service-improvement purposes.

10. Regulatory & Advertising Compliance

10.1 We comply with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, including Regulation 284 (ban on advertisements to the public for prescription-only medicines). This applies to tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) and semaglutide (Wegovy®).

10.2 We comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code, Section 12.12) which prohibits advertising POMs to the public.

10.3 Our service is provided in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidance for online primary care services and General Medical Council (GMC) guidance on good practice in prescribing, including remote prescribing safeguards.

10.4 Partner pharmacies comply with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards and guidance for distance pharmacy services.

11. Scope of Responsibility

11.1 HAUS OF SKN LTD, trading as VIVO Body Shop or mounjaroinjection.uk, is solely responsible for prescribing and issuing prescriptions and sending them to a licensed UK pharmacy. The pharmacy is solely responsible for dispensing and supply of prescription-only medication.

11.2 Any other products, treatments, or services advertised or sold separately under the Vivo Body Studio  (not “Shop”) brand, or elsewhere on the website, are not the responsibility of HAUS OF SKN LTD.

11.3 Responsibility for such non-prescription services lies solely with the relevant service provider or advertiser.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. This clause does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you are resident there.
