The clinic had newly installed live camera & audio recording which I was unhappy with due to privacy of treatment; she swiftly contacted one of the Directors who spoke to me and approved it switched off locally during treatment. Beware you need to ask for this switched off. Rebecca’s warm, open and easily understood explanation of My treatment was amazing and put me at ease. Upon arrival, please look for the black door with clear glass. There will be a Vivo Body Studio poster on the door. We are located between “Kebab House” and “Namaste India,” and you will see a large sign above reading “Loft Serviced Offices.”

As the main door will be locked for security, and as we are waiting for the installation of our new intercom service, please wait at the main door until your treatment time. The consultant will then let you in at your treatment time.

If you have not been let in at your treatment time, drop us a WhatsApp message or call us on 0333 0124065.

If you are driving from Belfast town direction, we are situated on the right-hand side of the businesses in the row after the Hearth Bar & Restaurant.

If you are coming from Sandown Road, turn left, then in the first row of businesses, we are in the middle.

If you are coming from Knock lights or Dundonald direction, we are situated within the first row of shops after Sandown Road.

There are plenty of parking options available off Upper Newtonwards Road, and you will also find excellent transport links along the road, including the glider service, making it easier to reach us.
