Today I went to Vivo Clinic in Glasgow for the first time and I was looked after by Cherie. It was my first time having this treatment, and she was amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything in great detail. I don’t speak English very well, but she was very clear and made the whole experience pleasant and reassuring. Aleksandra was very professional and did a fantastic job at explaining the treatments and aftercare. She ensure that I was comfortable at all times and treatments were carried out very well showing her experience and high level of training. I would definitely consider having treatments at Vivo again.

Update: I’ve been back for a HIFU face treatment and I’m happy to report that the service was just as excellent as the first time. I’m happy to recommend Vivo, specifically Isabel, to anyone looking for a little treat for themselves, or even for a gift for someone else! I can’t recommend Vivo enough! Isabel made the whole experience really fun, and she explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what was going to happen. She went through the aftercare fully, and answered all my questions fully. I was feeling nervous but she put me at ease from the get go! Excellent value for money, I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I had my session with Rayanna (VIVO body Portland Square). She is the absolute best, she works in a very professional, clean and clinical manner, is very informative and makes you feel completely relaxed with the treatments that you are going to receive. I had the Hifu treatment full face, neck and décolletage. She described exactly what was happening, as it happened, and even showed me an example of how it works when I was trying to understand the technical side of it. Other than being so professional, she is lovely to talk to, and just makes the whole experience so relaxing and pleasurable for you. I was back at Vivo, under a recommendation from Rayanna after my first treatments with her went so well, she has now recommended and devised a plan to help me with tightening certain parts of body, so I will be rebooking in November thanks to her new recommendations. I’ve been so pleased with everything so far!! ☺️ ❤️♥️♥️ 5⭐️

I have completed three sessions of HIFU for my face with Nileema, so I and I’m really happy with the results. I can clearly see the difference, but I and the improvement has been amazing. I had the Hifu treatment for the first time with Jo and she was absolutely brilliant. She made me comfortable the whole way through, explaining what she was doing and the sensations I may feel. The results are pending and I am looking forward to seeing them. The location and communication is also great from Vivo and Jo managed to squeeze me in a bit earlier which was very helpful. I had my second treatment of the hyfu facial and it was fantastic again. I loved the heat treatment around my eyes so relaxing!! Had a treatment done with dear misbah at Vivo body studio, She is marvellous. She made me feel so comfortable. This is my second session. She’s a very, very professional make me feel super comfortable. Everything was very about it organised, and the treatment was a very smooth I would definitely recommend Misbah to do injectables and cryo and all the treatments available in the clinic. The customer service is amazing, Roseanne is such a lovely person. It’s more than just a procedure or service to them, they care about you and it shows. Very clean place, very skilled in their work. I am very happy with my results here. I have some stubborn bra fat which i couldn’t get rid of even with exercise. The amazing and super friendly Dr. Dayana suggested fat freezing as my treatment . I was so shocked and amazed with the result after just 1 session. I think the bulges reduced in size by 30-40%. I came back for another session and even tried other treatments. Ms. Nileema wonderfully did my hydrafacial and cavitation and even gave me some discount 😝 Overall, great customer experience with dedicated and result-focused staff.

As a single mum, I don’t get the opportunity to workout etc as I used to and pregnancy really took a toll on my body creating wobbles and frumps that I can’t seem to shift. Whilst I appreciate that that does happen and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, I used to be a bit of a “gym bunny” and much more toned so it’s really knocked my confidence. So when I saw these non-invasive treatments going at such a reasonable price, from a company with an Excellent trustpilot score, I figured I’d give it a go. I can’t remember the name of the woman who treated me (so sorry, I think it was Gena but I could be wrong – I’m terrible with names) but she was so lovely and friendly. She really made me comfortable and took care to explain everything clearly, making sure I was confident in the treatments and relaxed. The clinic was easy to find, professional and clinically clean. The processes themselves were mostly comfortable, with the freezing a little pinchy at first but then I found it to be quite soothing. I even read my book during the procedure. Nothing unexpected happened, I have some bruising on my back but I was informed previously that could happen so I’m not concerned. I also had the cellulite treatment, and neck and eye treatments – all of which were comfortable. I’m looking forward to seeing results as time goes on with future treatments and have even joined their membership for further discounts and deals. Thank you so much, Vivo!

Too early to tell how my treatment worked but can definitely see quite a difference. Jo was my consultant who was friendly and experienced. My friend told me that she lost 2 stone. She said that the place was clean and the people were very friendly. I phoned on Monday morning, and had appointment by 3:30 the same day. Overall service is great!! Initially did a course for fat freezing which my body didn’t respond well to! However, they helped me fix my body issue by recommending me another service which worked very well with my body. I consistently go back to do the Ultrasonic cavitation and it’s been amazing!!

From the simplicity of booking my appointment to getting to the door I have been looked after from messages & phone calls yous make it so easy . My appointment on Saturday morning I was met at the door by Isabel who is a lovely well spoken girl she looked after me from start to finish I couldn’t fault her she chatted to me about the procedure & all the way through it she definitely made it pass by so quickly & put me at ease I would highly recommend anybody to go to her. 10/10 for Isabel she’s an asset the your company

Isobel is fabulous , she is very professional in what she does very knowledgable and gives you plenty of advice on the treatments and recommends treatments on individual needs .i love the HIfu treatment for neck and face . I went to start my fat freezing treatment here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Diana was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, she put me at ease straight away. She took the time to understand my concerns and suggested the most suitable procedure to start with, which was lemon bottle. Throughout the session, she was methodical and precise, constantly checking to make sure everything was going smoothly. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. Highly recommended for anyone considering body contouring!

This was an excellent treatment and my therapist Rayanna was bright and friendly and made me feel secure. She was very accomplished and confident without being pushy. Would definitely visit again. She judged my skin well and was efficient. Alas the RF part of the package couldn’t be carried out which was a shame, but the LED replacement was relaxing and useful.

Rayanna. This is the most emotional review I’d ever written but I cannot express enough gratitude towards this human being. She was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely light handed (I barely felt anything). I could tell she wanted the best result for me, it wasn’t about money, it wasn’t about upselling, it was about what would make me happy. I initially came in to do fat freezing after a c-section, but she advised – after looking at my belly – that fat dissolving injections would be better, and when I did the research prior, she was right but I was under the impression that I had ‘too much fat’ to do that, but she told me otherwise, and I was so happy. I cannot recommend Vivo Salon enough, but more so Rayanna as a clinician. Please someone give this woman a raise or recognition!❤️

The clinic had newly installed live camera & audio recording which I was unhappy with due to privacy of treatment; she swiftly contacted one of the Directors who spoke to me and approved it switched off locally during treatment. Beware you need to ask for this switched off. Rebecca’s warm, open and easily understood explanation of My treatment was amazing and put me at ease. I can not stress enough how at ease I felt and felt part of the process at each stage, finding the additional treatment around my eyes so relaxing. I left with my next session booked in Rebecca’s diary & my post treatment information on hand; happy and excited for my post treatment results.
