She knows how to answer any question and exactly where to redirect you while also offerings extras that may suit your liking. The treatments are super relaxing and feel so refreshing. Just had an appointment with Rebecca and it was a really great experience! She is very professional, competent and kind! I appreciate how she addressed all of my questions about the procedures and clarified all the details I wanted to understand. Aleksandra was very professional and did a fantastic job at explaining the treatments and aftercare. She ensure that I was comfortable at all times and treatments were carried out very well showing her experience and high level of training. I would definitely consider having treatments at Vivo again.
