I had such a lovely experience with Nathalie. She is incredibly professional, sweet, and friendly. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which meant a lot because it was my first time having this treatment. Nathalie explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Her warm personality and professionalism really stood out. I’m so happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I had the hydra derma facial with Tash. It was fantastic. She is the queen of massage. Best treatment I’ve ever had at Vivo. Seriously if you’ve not had this treatment with Tash you have to try it. I’m booking my hubby in now too!

This was my second visit, the lady who did my treatment this time was lovely, very chatty, which is nice, and I had 2 treatments for free, which she said I should have had on my first visit but wasn’t offered.
