I had the Hifu treatment for the first time with Jo and she was absolutely brilliant. She made me comfortable the whole way through, explaining what she was doing and the sensations I may feel. The results are pending and I am looking forward to seeing them. The location and communication is also great from Vivo and Jo managed to squeeze me in a bit earlier which was very helpful. Joanne was very welcoming and put me completely at ease ahead of my HiFu facial. The treatment seemed longer and more thorough than my first HiFu facial and I could feel a tighter jawline straight away. Looking forward to seeing the results in the coming days and weeks
