ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
If your appointment is Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm please report to reception and take a seat on the sofas. The consultant will then collect you at your treatment time.
If your appointment is Monday to Friday after 5pm the main door will be closed. Therefore, upon arrival please ring the intercom for “Vivo.” The consultant will then grant you access. Take a seat in reception and the consultant will collect you at your treatment time.
If your appointment is on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday the main door will be closed. Therefore, upon arrival please ring the intercom for “Vivo.” The consultant will then grant you access. Take a seat in reception and the consultant will collect you at your treatment time.
PLEASE NOTE – The nearest car park is NCP Cardiff Knox Road which is a 3/4 minute walk away.
