If your appointment is Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm please use the main entrance on Norfolk Street. Upon arrival let reception know you are there for Vivo Body Studio and take a seat. Your consultant will then collect you at your appointment time.
If your appointment is Monday to Friday between 4.30pm and 7pm please use the main entrance on Norfolk Street. Upon arrival as the main door will be closed please ring the intercom for office 23. The consultant will then let you in and take a seat on the reception sofas.
If your appointment is on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday you must use the rear entrance. From the main entrance, head around the back of the building. You will see blue gates near the car park and next to these you will see a “butty van.” This is where the back entrance is situated. Upon arrival please call 07777 421810. Your consultant will then collect you at your treatment time.
