All VIVO Clinic staff are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols, and therefore VIVO Clinic does not guarantee continued treatment with a named staff member.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. We will send you a reminder email 72 hours prior to your appointment which will then give you a day to contact us if you need to reschedule. Failure to give this notice will result in you forfeiting the deposit you have paid and a new deposit will be required to rebook this appointment. Clients who have purchased a course of treatments but fail to attend their appointment will be charged for their missed treatment.

Appointments cannot be exchanged or transferred to another party.

For cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic in which your appointment is to take place and speak to a VIVO Clinic team member. Answer phone messages will not be accepted. Please call 0330 0245974 if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please ensure any consultations forms sent to you are completed prior to your appointment arrival. If these forms are not completed prior to your arrival this will reduce your treatment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the forfeiting of your appointment. In this case no refund will be offered and a new deposit will be required to rebook. VIVO Clinic will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, from time to time this may not happen due to constraints beyond our control and we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel or postpone your appointment at a short notice.

Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

If you pay for a treatment up front in a clinic, you will not get this refunded if you change your mind. However, you do have the option to put the money you paid towards another treatment.

Please note, if you have prebooked appointments in which you have paid for but fall pregnant a credit will be raised on your account profile which will enable you to use this for up to 2 years.

You will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit when making your appointment.

The deposit will go towards the cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.

Unless you have already paid for your treatment, or for a course of treatments, you will pay the full price of the treatment by either cash or card on the day of your appointment. You will do this after you have had the procedure.

If you pay for your treatment up-front, this payment is non-refundable unless you are deemed medically unsuitable and can provide evidence from a GP.

Purchased courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please be aware the deposit is non-refundable. This means that if you pay a deposit and do not turn up for your appointment, you will lose this money. Similarly, if you come in for a consultation and do not go ahead with the treatment, you will not get the deposit back.


All treatments which are purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment.

All treatments must be taken or booked within 12 months of the date of purchase. Any treatments that are leftover after this time will be forfeited. If you don’t follow a recommended treatment course and aftercare, the results you see may not be to their full potential. The team at VIVO Clinic cannot be held responsible for this, as you made a choice not to follow the guidelines we gave you. It is essential to bear in mind that results will vary from individual to individual and cannot be guaranteed. This is subject to your diet and lifestyle and any medical conditions that you may have.


We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If we deem the treatment unsuitable for you, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.


We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder you from having the treatment we reserve the right to refuse treatment to you and charge you fully for the cancellation.


VIVO Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides VIVO Clinic with all relevant medical history and pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment. VIVO Clinic will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of VIVO Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit VIVO Clinic’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from VIVO Clinic’s negligence or any of its agents.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer – discounts only apply against RRP.

When you use a voucher to make a booking, the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to turn up to your appointment will result in forfeiting your voucher. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your voucher booking. Management decisions are final and are not open for discussion.

Please be advised that treatments that are offered free as part of promotional packages are non transferrable or non refundable and must be used during your appointment time. These appointments cannot be split over more than 1 appointment and should you not want any of any of those free treatments the price remains the same. However, any free treatments can be exchanged for another like for like treatment that must be completed on the same scheduled appointment. This means supersonic chin reductions and radiofrequency eye lifts can be changed for:

Radiofrequency Hands
Radiofrequency Elbows
Radiofrequency Chin
Radiofrequency Neck
Supersonic Cavitation (area that can be targeted same time as fat freeze)
LED Light Mask


VIVO Clinic and their associated directors have the right to charge a fee to respond to any letters or emails, or when providing documentation requested by third parties, such as solicitors, image agencies, government bodies, and so on. This will be decided after taking each case into account. If you do decide to make the first contact, you or the company you represent agree to these terms and conditions, and thereby accept the charges we invoice to you or the company that is acting on your behalf, including but not limited to solicitors.


If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be charged and lose your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable unless you are unable to proceed with the treatment for medical reasons.


After making an enquiry using a form on the site, your details will be stored in our secure database. You may receive occasional news and offers from VIVO Clinic, which you can opt out of at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. VIVO Clinic will never give your details to third parties.

The Law

The above terms and condition are subject to have jurisdiction in courts of the United Kingdom.


Internal Data Policy
As per our terms and conditions, we use the information you provide at the time of your booking to assist you to complete your booking. In the unlikely event that you are unable to complete your booking online we may call or text you to assist with this. We will also contact you on the number provided if your booking fails.
