A non‑surgical treatment that focuses ultrasound energy beneath the skin to create precise thermal points in the deep dermis and SMAS. This triggers new collagen, tightening and gently lifting the brow, jawline, chin and neck.

Short answer: they’re both non-surgical skin tightening treatments, but they work in very different skin layers and are used for different goals. HIFU targets the deep support structures to lift and contour (it is not used on the eyelids). Plasma eye lift (also called plasma fibroblast or plasma exeresis) acts at the surface to tighten eyelid skin and leaves tiny dots that heal over a few days.

Short‑lived effects can include redness, swelling (oedema), tingling or tenderness; bruising is uncommon. Rare events—such as temporary nerve effects or superficial burns—are mitigated by correct patient selection, anatomy‑aware treatment planning and trained practitioners using appropriate settings.

Best for mild‑to‑moderate laxity when you want a noticeable yet discreet lift without surgery. Significant laxity or heavy tissue may respond better to surgical options. We’ll assess medical history, skin quality and goals to tailor your plan.
