The Plasma Eye Lift treatment utilizes a specialized pen called the Lipo Freeze Plasma Spark Pen that uses ionized gases to create plasma.
The pen has a 0.3mm needle surface that causes small, superficial burns on the eyelid skin without harming it.
These plasma burns appear as tiny dots and are formed when the skin tissue is vaporised, leaving behind a carbon crust.
The carbon crust will eventually flake off, resulting in tighter, rejuvenated eyelid skin after the treatment.
The Plasma Eye Lift procedure is usually not painful, but some people may feel discomfort.
This discomfort can range from mild to severe and depends on the person’s pain threshold.
If you feel any discomfort during the treatment, let your clinician know so they can make adjustments to lessen it.
Following a Plasma Eye Lift, it is common for individuals to experience minor temporary side effects like scabbing, swelling, and redness.
While the swelling and redness usually go away within a few hours of the procedure, the scabbing can take a few days to shed off completely.
It is also possible for individuals to feel some irritation after the procedure, but this should also resolve quickly.
After undergoing a Plasma Eye Lift, it is normal for the recovery period to last anywhere from a few days to two weeks.
Scabs may appear but generally disappear within a week.
Some swelling and redness may also be present but should fade within a week to two weeks.
For the initial six weeks following a Plasma Eye Lift, it is imperative to protect the treated area from direct sunlight by using broad-spectrum sunscreen and to avoid exposing the area to the sun.
Additionally, it is important to keep the area clean and dry and to avoid using makeup or mascara until the area has fully recovered.
To clean the treated area, only use warm water.
If there is any swelling, you may apply cold compresses to the area.
It is crucial not to scratch the treated area, as this can lead to infection or scarring.
Some individuals may experience mild blistering or have skin that appears pink during the healing process, but this should return to its natural colour once the healing process is complete.
Certain medical factors may prevent someone from undergoing the Plasma Eye Lift procedure.
These include pre-existing health problems, previous eye surgeries or laser treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, a pacemaker, metal implants or pins in the targeted area, cancer, or HIV/autoimmune disorders.

This was my second treatment. The salon is lovely with a pleasant waiting area. My therapist, Misbah was knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease straight away with her friendly demeanor - I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The treatment is slightly uncomfortable but I chose to have the highest setting to get the maximum benefits - you can reduce it to a lower setting if you find it uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend going - try and book with Misbah as she goes the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and pampered.
