1. Introduction
This Non-Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through VIVO Body Shop.
2. Legal Basis for Non-Return of Prescription-Only Medicines
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, prescription-only medicines (POMs) are exempt from standard consumer cooling-off and returns rights. Once dispensed, they cannot be returned, refunded, or resold.
3. Reasons for Non-Return
- Patient-Specific Dispensing: Medicines are dispensed solely for the named patient and cannot be reassigned.
- Health & Safety: Returned medication may be contaminated or mis-stored and is unsafe for redistribution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Compliance with MHRA, GPhC, and CQC requires refusal of returns.
4. Reporting Issues with Your Order
While prescription medicines cannot be returned, we will address damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of receipt.
