ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
If your appointment is scheduled Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm please report to reception. If reception is unmanned take a seat in the waiting area to the right of reception. If your consultant has not collected you at your appointment time please call 07539 856736.
If your appointment is scheduled Monday to Friday after 5pm please wait at the main door until your appointment time. If your consultant has not collected you at your appointment time please call 07539 856736.

By Tube:
- Victoria Station (Victoria, Circle, and District Lines):
Exit Victoria Station and head southwest on Victoria Street towards Bressenden Place. Turn left onto Bressenden Place and continue straight until you reach Palace Street. Turn right onto Palace Street; 13 Palace Street will be on your left.
Approximate walking time: 5 minutes. - St. James’s Park Station (Circle and District Lines):
Exit St. James’s Park Station and head west on Petty France towards Palmer Street. Continue onto Buckingham Gate, then turn right onto Palace Street. 13 Palace Street will be on your right.

By Bus:
Several bus routes service the area around 13 Palace Street:
- Victoria Bus Station (a major bus hub) is just a short walk away and is served by numerous bus routes including 11, 24, 38, 44, 52, 148, and 211.
- Buses 11, 211, C1, and N11 stop at Buckingham Palace Road/Bressenden Place, which is a brief walk from Palace Street.
By Train:
- Victoria Station is a major railway hub with services from Southern, Southeastern, and Gatwick Express. Follow the same walking directions as for the Tube.
By Car:
- From the North/East: Take the A302 (Victoria Street) towards Victoria. Turn left onto Bressenden Place, then right onto Palace Street.
- From the South/West: Take the A3214 (Grosvenor Place) and continue onto Buckingham Palace Road. Turn left onto Palace Street.
Please note that central London can be very busy, and parking is limited. Public transport is often the best option.
By Bicycle:
- There are several Santander Cycles docking stations nearby, including ones at Victoria Station and Buckingham Gate.
By Foot:
- If you are already in central London, you can easily reach 13 Palace Street by walking. It is situated near Buckingham Palace and Green Park, making it a pleasant walk through some of London’s famous landmarks.
On the day of your treatment, you will be introduced to aftercare creams and serums that complement non-surgical, non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Skincule C-Tox: Collagen Toxin protects and nourishes the skin surface. It exerts its effect in the epidermal, dermal and SMAS layers and triggers the production of various signal peptides. These is turn reach the tissues and penetrate the deeper layers of the skin. Matrixyl, a pentapeptide stimulates fibroblasts to aid in collagen synthesis and the formation of natural hyaluronic acid.
HD Lipolysis Cream: The lipo freeze thermal cream promotes lipolysis, regulates the lymphatic system to remove adipose fat cells and promotes lymphatic circulation. It assists in speeding up the removal of adipose fat cells and toxins by opening the lymphatic system channels.
Post-Treatment Tightening Gel: This provides essential nutrients to old and new collagen fibres. It also aids in recovery and rehydrates the treatment area much quicker than without.
It’s important to note that most non-surgical treatments are not singular procedures. For instance, procedures like the Cryolipolysis & HIFU typically require two to four sessions, while radiofrequency & ultrasonic treatments may recommend a course of three to six sessions for optimal results. Additional sessions are often necessary to achieve the best outcomes. Your consultant will introduce you to our in-clinic packages, which offer great deals for future appointments.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive consultation forms via our booking system. Kindly complete these forms before your arrival to expedite the process and allow us to assess your information efficiently. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This buffer time will give you the opportunity to relax and prepare adequately. Late arrivals may impact the overall treatment time, so arriving promptly will ensure a smooth and timely experience.
Terms and Conditions
Once a payment or deposit is made, it becomes non-refundable. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to do so. Please be aware that attempting to reschedule within less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a new deposit fee. This policy is in place as we work on a back-to-back basis and value proper scheduling arrangements.
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment as many times as needed, as long as we receive the necessary 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional fees for rescheduling.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the allotted time for your treatment may be shortened, or you may be required to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. We kindly request that you arrive on time to avoid any disruptions to your treatment.
Please ensure that you carefully read the contraindications and provide honest answers when booking your appointment. If you fail to disclose any contraindications and are turned away on the day of your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund.
