Fat Freezing can produce very effective results in people who undergo it.

This 2018 research concludes that ‘cryolipolysis was safe and effective in the treatment of localized fat in the flanks and abdominal region.’

However, it is important to note that the purpose of the treatment is the non-surgical removal of fat deposits which are otherwise non-responsive to physical activities or restrictive eating regimes.

This soreness is similar to the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) felt after a workout.
